TemPO HQ ("we", "us", "our") provides social media planning and publishing tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using TemPO HQ you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service:

• Account data: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up.
• Brand profile data: brand names, descriptions, voice, and content preferences you provide.
• Connected platform data: when you link Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms, we receive access tokens and basic account information (page IDs, account IDs, names) needed to schedule and publish content on your behalf.
• Content you create: drafts, scheduled posts, media, captions, and analytics tied to your posts.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store full card numbers.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and basic analytics to keep the product reliable.

• To provide, maintain, and improve TemPO HQ.
• To publish content to the platforms you connect, only at the times you schedule.
• To send transactional messages (account, billing, security).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and to enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your posts to train third-party AI models.

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, we request only the permissions needed to list your accounts and publish the content you schedule (e.g. pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish).

We store the access tokens securely and use them only to perform actions you initiate inside TemPO HQ. You can disconnect a platform at any time from the app, which revokes our stored access.

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers that host the app and database under strict data-processing terms.
• Payment processor (Stripe) to handle subscriptions.
• Connected social platforms when publishing or fetching data you requested.
• Authorities when legally required.

We keep account and content data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or security purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@tempohq.co.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to harden ours.

TemPO HQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
